    How does PPC work?

    You bid against other companies for “keywords”. If done properly this can pay dividends but it can be a very expensive waste of resources.

    For example bidding on a keyword like “weddings” will be expensive and bring in a lot of traffic. However the traffic will not necessarily be interested in your service. A targeted campaign will use low competition, well converting keywords, such as “wedding cakes Kent”, and delivers much better results.
